Data protection class. Given a type, stores a cache and helps you protect and unprotect data as the given type. On Windows, uses DPAPI (ProtectedData). On other platforms, uses AES-GCM via SecureExchangesSDK.Helpers.Internal.AesGcmProtector with a persisted master key.
